Refund & Return Policy

At AccuGroove, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

15-Day Money Back Guarantee

All AccuGroove products (excluding Custom Orders) include a 15-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund.

Refunds are subject to the following:

  • Shipping charges and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

  • At AccuGroove’s discretion, a 10–20% restocking fee may apply.

  • Guarantee applies only to new units purchased directly from AccuGroove. Customers who return a product are not eligible for this guarantee on future purchases.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@accugroovellc.com within 15 days of receiving your product to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ship the product back within 10 calendar days of RMA issuance to the address provided.

  3. Products must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging with all accessories included.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without an RMA, shipped to the wrong address, received after the 10-day RMA window, or returned without original packaging may be rejected or assessed up to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Products must be in as-new condition. Items showing damage, wear, or modification may be denied refund eligibility.

  • Custom Orders (including custom colors, finishes, or coverings, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend:

  • Using a carrier that provides tracking.

  • Insuring the package or declaring its full value.

AccuGroove is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, less:

  • Shipping charges

  • Credit card processing fees

  • Applicable restocking fees (10–20%)

  • Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
